Mark 'Chumley' Singer has been an activist, a performer and an event producer for more than 20 years. Creating and co-hosting (alongside the stunning Carlota Ttendant!) Philly's once wildly-popular GayBINGO!, Chumley helped raise more than $1,000,000 for the fight agains HIV/AIDS. Philadelphia's wackiest duo teamed again for Chumley & Carlota's Movie Nights, a monthly series of 'Mystery Science Theater-inspired campy and irreverant fun.

In his role as Creative Director for Philadelphia's Fourth of July events, Chumley created the Philadelphia Skyline Project, a program that illuminates the city buildings in a dazzling display of color each holiday. Chumley also served as Creative Director for many civic events including the Millennium Philadelphia celebration, the openings of both the new Liberty Bell Pavilion and National Constitution Center, and the Salvador Dali Experience. Chumley is a board member of the Philadelphia Gay Tourism Caucus, and currently does event production for the children's charitable wing of the Philadelphia Eagles NFL franchise.

Chumley's BearCruises first set sail in 2003, and continue to grow each year, bringing the friendliest men together from all over the world for a vacation full of laughter, relaxation and wet fur!

Chumley’s BearCruises is proud to work with travel agent Paul Stalbaum of Cruise Designs, Inc. Originally from Philadelphia, Paul has since migrated south to Fort Lauderdale, a natural for someone with so much experience specia lizing in the cruise industry.
